Bringing up Baby was founded in 1989 and has 5 day nurseries located in London.
We require an administration assistant for our busy Head Office in Clapham, SW8.
Duties include:
- Answering the telephone, dealing with enquiries and passing on messages
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Photocopying and general office filing
- Maintaining and ordering of stationery and/or other orders as requested
- Collating and inputting information onto spreadsheets and databases
- Purchasing and preparation of refreshments and lunch for the staff team
- Assisting the office team, nurseries and their managers with general administrative tasks as and when required
- Maintaining and updating staff information
- Updating the Company website
- Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required
You will be required to have:
- good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communciate confidently and on a professional level
- the ability to adapt to a busy environment with changing needs and priorities
- good computer skills with a knowledge of MS Office packages
- good numerical skills
- excellent timekeeping and attendance
Hours: 18 per week Monday - Thursday (hours can be flexible to suit)
Salary: £8- £10 per hour depending on experience
