Office / accounts administrator
Glasstrends specialises in the design and installation of bespoke frameless glass shower enclosures and the supply of high end sanitary ware. Our clients are predominately architects, interior designers and main contractors. This is a varied and exciting role providing the opportunity to work on some of the finest properties in Central and Greater London.
The vacancy is based in our studio showroom located in SW London and the successful applicant should possess the following skills and attributes:
• Excellent communication skills; the majority of our accounts work is completed via phone/email and therefore strong communication skills are essential
• Computer literacy - including word, excel, outlook
• A minimum of 2 years accounts administration experience within the construction industry
• Possess the ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Have an excellent attendance record and be a good timekeeper
• Fluency in both spoken and written English
Responsibilities:
• Dealing with telephone and e-mail enquiries
• Processing completed jobs for invoicing on our internal software
• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• Debt controll
• Liaising with our accountant
• Completing all administration associated with the role
• Supporting the sales team
Renumeration:
• Salary £16,000 - £20,000 per annum based on experience
• Stakeholder pension
• Discretionary bonus
• 28 days holiday per annum
