Generous Remuneration & Commission structure (£30k OTE)
A forward thinking and dynamic estate agency who offer comprehensive services in sales, lettings and property management in South East London and Docklands are looking for a Sales Negotiator and a Letting Negotiator with a 'can do' attitude, drive and ambition.
Whether you are new to the game or already work in the industry, we will consider your application so long as you share our values and aims. Good phone manner, interpersonal skills and diligence are essential.
Generous Remuneration & Commission structure (£30k OTE)
Key duties
Obtain new business and acquisitions (incentive scheme for your benefit)
Responding to telephone, website leads & using internal software
Applicant/Buyers and viewing management
Conducting viewings with Applicants/Buyers
Keeping in regular contact with all potential clients, updating records accordingly until conclusion
Negotiating offers between Applicants/Buyers and closing deals!
Providing regular feedback to Clients regarding our progress in securing a tenancy, agreeing the action/s that need to be taken in order to minimise voids and optimise their income
Answering general enquiries from Applicants/Buyers
Ensuring current legislation and guidelines are met at all times
Providing excellent customer service at all times

Skills required

Sales related experience a must!
Computer literate
Full clean driving license

You must be extremely organised, have excellent communication skills and have a passion for the industry. You will be a team player but also able to hit the ground running, able to work with minimal supervision. This is a fast paced industry which is heavily targeted so please only apply for this role if you have the relevant experience and commitment.
