We are presently inducting learners for the new Assessor and Verifier Courses.

Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement formerly the old A1
The course is intended for any one who is looking to assess in their area of competency. The course will hold on Saturday 3rd,10th and 17th November from 9am till 4pm.
You will be taught the Principles and Practices of Assessment, Assessment Planning, How to use various methods of assessment, understanding the purpose of standardisation meetings/activities, how to provide your learners with constructive feedback after an assessment and more.
There are three units in this qualification and the qualification can be completed in 4 to 8 weeks.

Level 4 Award In The Internal quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice formerly the old V1.

The course is intended for any one who intends to maintain the quality assurance of processes and practices. The qualification consists of two units.
Unit 1 Understanding The Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice. This unit is knowledge based .
Unit 2 Internally Assure the Quality of Assessment. This unit is practical and til will require you to carry out an IQA role.

You will require two assessors each with two learners in order to undertake this course.

The course will commence on Saturday 27th October and appointments can also be booked to suit your work load.

The Assessor Course normal cost is £700 but we have a limited offer for £550 and payment can be made over two installments. The offer will end on Friday 28th September at 5pm

The Verifier Course normal cost is £850 but we have a limited offer for £700 and payments can be made over two installments. The offer will end on Friday 5th October at 5pm.

The course will delivered face to face. The awarding body is NCFE.
