Nanny needed for special needs child

Location: Fulham
Childs special needs: Mild learning difficulties (autism)
Age: 4
Gender: Boy
Hours: 9am to 5pm
Wage: 450 per week

We need someone to help with my sons for one year. I run my own business and I am able to work from home when needed. I would prefer someone who is able to structure his day and teach him. I am not looking for a stock standard nanny. I am looking for someone with training and experience. MUST BE ENGLISH SPEAKING
