We are currently looking for a MULTI SKILLED LABOURER and WORKING FOREMAN / CARPENTER to work on a house refurbishment project in Kensington, starting ASAP.

* MULTI SKILLED LABOURER:

- You will be self motivated and able to work under your own initiative.
- Several years previous experience in general building is essential.
- The standard of work required is high so you will need to have a good eye for detail and finish.
- Excellent verbal English is also required.


* WORKING FOREMAN / CARPENTER:

- You will be responsible for helping to manage labourers and sub contractors, organising deliveries and general running of the site as well as taking responsibility for some areas of the project.
- A minimum 5 years previous experience in general building and refurbishments is essential.
- This role would suit a motivated individual with a willingness to learn and the ability to work under your own initiative.


Rates for both roles will be negotiable on experience.

You need to have your own hand tools, NI, a CSCS certificate and be CIS registered
