We are a small busy Mortgage brokers based in the Gedling area of Nottingham.
We require an experienced mortgage processor to administer all aspects of the mortgage application process.
The person:
Experience in Mortgages and/or Insurance industry is a distinct advantage
Computer literate with experience in Word, Excel and outlook
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Confident telephone manner
Excellent organisational skills
Good sense of humour
Flexible and willing to work extra hours when required.
Attention to detail is essential.
The Role:
Resposible for smooth running of the office
Answering all incoming calls
Inputting applications from our fact find
Chasing progress of applications with mortgage lenders
Keeping clients up to date with information
Scanning
Photocopying
Filing
Faxing
All general office tasks.
We Offer:
20 hours per week Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 10-3;30 (with 30 mins for lunch) There may be some flexibility to work with the times for the right candidate.
A salary of £6.50ph
There are addtional earnings available for those who would like to earn more....
This is a varied role, in a friendly relaxed working environment.
