SWIIS urgently requires experienced mental health/learning disability support workers to provide care to adults/elderly people in residential settings throughout the Woking area.
You will be offered the prospect of working varied shifts, including night and weekend work. However, for the purpose of registration you will be expected to commit to a minimum of 3 shifts per week and be available at times for short notice work. Short and long-term placements are available, as is ad hoc work.
As these posts could involve early starts and/or long days, applicants must live within the Woking area.

Essential requirements
At least 1 year of recent experience in a relevant field.
Minimum NVQ 2 in a relevant field.
Understanding and knowledge of the issues faced by service users.

Commitment to the care and well-being of service users.
Dedication to continued professional and personal development.
Desirable
Car driver or a willingness to travel.
Current enhanced CRB.
