We are looking for enthusiastic, driven individual with impeccable customer service skills and excellent administration ability, to join our team as the Membership Service Manager. Cedars Health Club is a five star, prestigious private Health Club and Spa based in West London on Richmond Hill.

The right candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of member administration and customer service within the club, and exceed member expectations on a daily basis.

Job Purpose / Summary:

• To manage all aspects of membership. From point of sale to
point of cancellation. Liaising with members on all aspects of
there membership and experience in the club.

Breakdown of responsibilities:

Set up new members on the system
Auddis Set-up
Direct Debit run
Monthly membership report
Attrition and KPI Tracker – updated daily
Process all cancellations
Oversee the correct input of members on the system
Maintenance of database e.g. updating prices, adding
membership types etc
Renewalls – generating letters, leaving list at reception, sales and
tracker
Dealing with customer enquiries regarding membership
Dealing with complaints as required
Putting memberships on hold when required
Processing BACS rejections
Mail merges
Extracting reports for mail shots
Supporting sales with marketing as and when required
Liaising with Sales team and General Manager over any
membership issues as they arise
Ensuring any corporate rates are applicable and staff are
charging correct fees at all times to all members
In addition to dealing with customers face to face you will deal
with phone inquiries, show rounds, membership promotions
and marketing.
Have till experience and cashing up
IT, administration skills and multi task.

Personal Skills

You will demonstrate a friendly and professional manner at all
times both on the telephone and when meeting and greeting
members within the club.
You should be able to work as part of the team and
independently, using your own initiative in order to achieve your
goals.
Experience in handling customers and passionate about offering
an exceptional service
Experienced in membership sales to high end clientele within a
5 star environment
Enthusiastic and driven individual, able to meet targets and
deadlines
Excellent communicator with good command of the English
Language
You will have strong sales ability with a flair for marketing


Knowledge of EZRunner would be an advantage
