We are a leading Private Medico-Legal Practice based in Edgbaston, (Five ways) Birmingham
We are looking for a dynamic medico-legal administrator in a fast growing established company.
This is a great opportunity for a professional ambitious person with loads of enthusiasm and drive to join our team.
Duties include:
Client Support - supporting clients and the business needs in a proactive manner across the firm
Team Support - working collaboratively with team members across the firm to provide a responsive and professional support service to fee earners and clients
Diary/Meeting Management - coordinating fee earner work by maintaining/managing schedules and acting as the key point of contact for fee earners both internally and externally.
Administrative Support - maintaining overall support through core administrative and communication activities.
Skills and Qualifications
Experience
LPC is desirable
Previous experience of working in a similar role within a professional services organisation.
Technical Skills
Good knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Qualifications
5 A-C GCSE's (or equivalent) including English and Maths
A-level standard or equivalent

Dealing with enquiries
Case Handling
Administrative Tasks
Starting Salary £14000.00 + Bonuses
