Variety of marketing assistant and PA duties for a rapidly growing yoga organization based in west end of Glasgow.

Must be a marketing or business studies student.
Must live in Glasgow (ideally west end or city centre) and/or have a car and be able to travel to west end regularly.
Must have good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages, facebook and twitter.
Must be trustworthy, well presented, good telephone manner. Marketing experience or business preferable.
Interest in yoga and/or babies prefered.
Must be able to work 10 hours per week at least ongoing and must be in Glasgow over summer months too.

Duties include:
o Writing and updating website content
o Maintaining rolling marketing plan
o Event management and co-ordination including sourcing interesting events for yoga studio and booking in clients
o Administration tasks with regards to yoga teachers
o Maintaining spreadsheets
o Maintaining schedule for yoga studio and liasing with clients using the studio
o Working with social media to promote organisation
o Involvement in on-going marketing and research campaigns and attendance at related events
o Creation and distribution of marketing materials
o Other ad-hoc marketing activities

the ability to work on multiple projects at one time
the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
good attention to detail and accuracy
strong IT skills, web savvy and strong word and excel skills
good knowledge of marketing techniques
self motivation and ability to work independently
the ability to be a team player

Option to work from home (most work can be done from home) and flexible working hours an option also. Looking at around 10 hours per week ongoing at around £5 per hour. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable marketing experience. Long term ongoing contract with potential for full time employment on graduation if succesful.
