The Training Place of Excellence is a non-profit making organisation which focuses on offering quality Accountancy Trainings and other specialist training courses.

We have a vacancy available in a Marketing and Admin role. In particular the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, and control of a specific Apprenticeship project with particular deadlines to adhere to.

Marketing duties including but not restricted to:
•Leading the implementation of the Apprenticeship project
•Use of social media for business
•Liaising and communication with different organisations
•Designing and producing marketing material e.g. brochures and leaflet
•Maintaining and managing sales budgets
•Developing and implementing a marketing plan
•Dealing with training enquiries and other admin duties

Skills and Qualifications Needed
•Any experience in a previous marketing role (can be any sector)
•Good IT Skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication to liaise with customer and suppliers
•Attention to detail and a natural flair for design
•Team playing skills and an interest in the role
•Ability to meet deadlines
•Training will be provided on a computerised design package

The candidate will need to be available for at least two full days per week or more. Normal Office hours are 9am – 5.30pm.

Upon the completion of a successful trial period opportunities for progression and expansion of the role will be available.
