Full time role within a growing company for a London area Manager for Hershesons Blow Dry Bars.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, familiar with appointment booking systems, have a good working knowledge of Microsoft office, with previous experience in managing a team of staff in a client facing role and ideally experience in overseeing several business locations.
This individual will be highly organised, proactive, confident delegator with an outgoing personality and eager for a challenging and varied role.
You will be required to 'think on your feet' and act quickly when needed in a busy environment. You will be eager to take on your responsibilities, set high standards of service, salon and personal appearance. You will be expected to ensure sales targets are met, with a view of growing the existing business and increasing turnover.
You will be managing a team on a day to day basis, with responsibilities such as daily monitoring of other managers and staff, maintaining and developing the level of customer service, ensuring Hershesons standards and codes of conduct are met by all members of the team and maintaining health and safety guidelines.
