We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor overlooking the palace

£16.000-£18.000 per year

Overview of tasks:

- Moderate to good knowledge of
* plumbing
* carpentry
* electrics
* decorating
- Own tools and vehicle
- Friendly, positive attitude
- Punctual and reliable
- Fluent English

-Maintaining properties to a specific quality score
- Designing maintenance programs
- Implementing preventative maintenance programs
- Adhering to safety regulations
- Assessing risks
- People management
- Managing projects and time
- Being responsible and ethical
- Performing at a high level, constantly
- Producing results
- Keeping records
-Function set-ups
-pre- events checklist
-overseeing M+E
-working marquee events

Requirements:

*The Maintenance supervisor will have previous hospitality/ service operator.
*The Maintenance supervisor will have a good understanding of plumbing, electrics, health & Safety & plant operations.
* The Maintenance supervisor will have the relevant qualifications and a steady background in this field.
