Corporate Receptionist Needed - Part Time Hours - Immediate Start!
£9 p/h

Office Concierge is the leading independent provider of Reception Management Services. This is an exciting opportunity to put your customer service and corporate reception skills to the test and provide first class customer service in this corporate environment.

Working 20 hours a week from 11am-3pm at one of our most prestigious sites, Cardinal Place (based in Victoria), you will provide Front of House lunch relief for our full time receptionists on site.

As a lunch cover, you will be responsible for covering the morning, lunch and afternoon breaks of the full time reception teams. Based in one of our most high profile buildings, you will be responsible for welcoming a high volume of guests, ensuring they are greeted professionally and efficiently and wowing them from the start. You will be trained to the highest standards in customer care and provide assistance to both the building management & their tenants.

We are looking for committed individuals who possess excellent communication skills along with a personable and flexible attitude. A solid customer service background - airline, hotel, corporate or similar and an excellent command of the English language is essential. Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook is also desirable.
