I have over four and a half years experience in Recruitment (two and a half years as a Resource Co-ordinator) and HR Administration.

Recruitment
• Complete management of very high volume roles up to 15000 candidates
• Co-ordinating Linguist assessment days onsite – three assessments of forty five candidates per week, liaising with candidates for assessment times & dates, sending out confirmation emails, being first point of contact for candidates, updating assessment spreadsheet, organising dietary and disability requirements and processing expenses

• Adhering to very strict service level agreements
• Learn and fully understand new and existing role briefs and client information
HR
• Administering new joiners, movers, and leavers processes – ensuring starter packs, contracts, and
T & C’s are accurate and sent within the service level agreements
• Overseeing reference processes from beginning to end – taking control of all references
• Interview scheduling for Managerial/Director positions
• Recruitment – uploading CV’s onto the HR portal, managing candidate feedback, scheduling all UK wide interviews, tracking the recruitment process, booking meeting rooms, and being responsible for updating all feedback onto the HR portal and sending out rejection emails if required
• Providing excellent customer service
• Assisting with CRB applications - accurately checking and scanning CRB applications, passports, and educational certificates onto the system, making sure they are saved in the correct location
Skills
• Excellent team player, but can also work independently extremely well.
• Producing work to a very high standard and to strict service level agreements.
• Using my initiative to find ways to streamline processes, therefore making my role more efficient.
• Outstanding time management – always set up and ready to go before the start of the day
• Excellent attention to detail – double checking work to ensure that it goes out one hundred percent accurate.
• Flexible – not afraid to arrive early/stay late to meet deadlines
• Very diligent – always willing to put in one hundred and ten percent
• Able to build and maintain professional relationships

I am looking for a HR/Recruitment role that will challenge me and I am willing to look at any sector. I am available immediately for an interview/start date. My location is NW London and ideally I am looking for a role in London.
