We are currently looking for applicants to train to be a Live-in Carer for one of our active clients who has a disability but who leads an independent lifestyle getting out and about, maybe going to work or to uni or meeting up with friends and family. Lots of our current carers use to work as a nanny or an au pair but are now enjoying live-in care work. Why don't you check out the work that we offer.


DUTIES would involve helping one of our clients with what they can't do for themselves such as personal care, light housework, shopping, cooking and driving their car when they go out.



WE ARE RECRUITING FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS TO START ASAP:

- Live-in Carers (with or without experience) to work with one of our clients for 3 months or longer

- Bank Carers (with previous experience) to work in our shorter-term live-in positions - either with accommodation provided by us between positions, or living in their own home between placements

- Day care positions for applicants with experience who have their own car and who live within easy reach of St Albans/Hatfield/Welwyn Garden City in Hertfordshire.



AN EXAMPLE OF ONE OF OUR CURRENT LIVE-IN VACANCIES (we have many other vacancies):

We are looking for candidates to work for a female client of ours who is in her 30s and is disabled. She lives 30 miles to the west of London in her parentsÂ’ home but lives independently from them. She leads quite a busy life helping in a nursery school and also in a day centre so there would be plenty of time off each day for the carer. This client belongs to a sports club and enjoys travelling both in the UK and abroad. Her interests also include the cinema, theatre, TV, DVDs and gong to wine bars, pubs and restaurants.
