This beautiful and recently totally refurbished pub and restaurant in the heart of the Chiltern Hills in South Oxfordshire is seeking two fun and vibrant characters to join the existing excellent team. Part of a group of three privately owned food led pubs, it was relaunched in February 2012 and has gained a name for itself for great food and as a destination venue. Likewise, the 4 luxury ensuite letting rooms are busy all week. The couple we seek must show proven front of house skills (kitchen involvement would be a bonus) and be strong on the bar, cellar, floor and in general. The food is innovative, creative and of the highest quality, so experience in high level food and excellent customer service is key. Above all, attention to detail, can do attitude, great personality, relationship building and the buzz factor is what we are looking for in maintaining a fun but professional business.
Salary is negotiable and accommodation is upstairs in a beautiful, completely refurbished one bedroomed flat. Travellers are welcome but must hold full visas to work in the UK.
