Hours Worked: live in with client all week. To work a rota of one week on, one week off


Responsible to: Directors, Managers, Deputies and Seniors.


Brief Job Summary

• To work directly with clients in their homes to deliver the levels of care and support as outlined in each clients care plan.
• To work as part of a team.
• To act as the named key worker to a number of specified clients.
• To act in accordance with all policies, procedures and any other advice and instructions implemented by Impacting Lives Limited.
• To deliver a service in an anti discriminatory manner giving consideration to racial, cultural and religious origins, language, gender, age, sexual orientation and disability.
