We are currently recruiting au-pairs in Madrid, Lugo, La Coruña and Vigo- North West Coast of Spain.
In all cases the host family will provide room and board, and the au-pair won't have to provide housekeeping. In exchange, the au-pair will be asked to look after the kids while parents are working and teach them some English. The au-pair will be paid 70-100 pocket money per week for 20-30 working hours. The au-pair will have the opportunity to attend Spanish lessons in her/his free time.
We are currently looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, active, fun but responsible au-pair, someone who enjoys the outdoors, travelling and children's company; someone optimistic, capable to adapt to new situations.

Although the au- pair placement is not considered a job in Spain, it is regulated by the Council of Europe through the European Agreement on au pair placement. This is an agreement between the family and the au-pair that states working hours, pocket money, days off, responsibilities, commitments, etc. We help in the making of the au pair/family agreement to avoid any misunderstandings between you and your host family.
