The client is a most prestigous and well known admired property firm who are actively looking for hungry and dynamic Lettings Manager to join their hugely successful and established teams. This is an exciting opportunity for any career minded Lettings Manager to further their own career with a leading agency. To be considered, the ideal individual must have the following:- A Lettings Manager with a proven track record, customer focused, hardworking, dynamic, professional, hungry, tenacious, well spoken & presented. Local area knowledge preferred although not essential. to apply for this position, you will be required to have at least 4 years experience In Residential Lettings, and be able to demonstrate your 'deal making' ability and past achievements. remuneration: Good basic + generous office & personal commission + car / allowance. OTE £65-100K+
