KITCHEN TEAM NEW 14 BEDROOM HOTEL, MULL OF KINTYRE - LAUNCHING MAY 2012
WOULD IDEALLY SUIT COUPLE WITH ONE HAVING STRONG FRONT OF HOUSE EXPERIENCE.
An exciting opportunity to be part of the development of a new business.
Full kitchen team of new 14 bedroom hotel with bar, restaurant and function catering requirements
100 covers, spread over lounge/restaurant
Food is gastropub style, with one menu across both areas
Food served 12noon to 9pm daily
Function catering for weddings and events catering of up to 120 covers.
Open all year round, not seasonal
Ful time - required to work 5 days out of 7 and Part time also needed
ALL LEVELS REQUIRED Sous Chef, Chef de parties and Kitchen porters
Hotel due to open end of May 2012. Candidates may perhaps be required to start a few weeks before.
Skills
Passion for food and enthusiasm for hard work
Understanding of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety in the workplace and strong personal hygiene
Ability to work individually and a reliable part of the team
Understanding of kitchen management and good communication skills
Salary commensurate with experience plus equal share of tips
Meals whilst on shift, good staff benefits
Live-in for the right candidate with free Wi-Fi
