To carry out a range of duties to support in the efficient and smooth running of the kitchen adhering to health and safety standards at all times.

•Keep dishwasher areas clean and hygienic at all times and clean dishwasher at end of each shift
•Maintain kitchen cleanliness at all times
•General Pot Wash control
•Complete all tasks as set on kitchen cleaning rota
•To carry out all duties according to standard Health and Safety Regulations
