A successful Kitchen Manager will have strong experience within a branded busy kitchen working in previous roles such as Kitchen Team Leader, Head Chef, Sous Chef, 2nd Chef, Second Chef or Kitchen Manager. As Kitchen Manager, you will lead, develop and inspire the kitchen team, ensuring that there is a seamless link between the kitchen and the front of house teams. Working closely with your General Manager, you must be an experienced manager of people who can translate overall goals into positive team actions and have a strong working knowledge of kitchen operations.
