Rate of pay: £22,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Sunday – normal catering hours
Watershed Media Centre are looking for an individual who is passionate about food to lead and develop the kitchen team, with specific responsibility for the preparation, cooking and presenting of food to agreed standards.
You will work with the Food and Beverage Manager to maximise the business potential of the catering operation through effective product development, staff leadership and delivery of a consistently high quality offer and customer service.
