Kitchen Management team required to manage a large sales volume kitchen based in Bristol Airport, working for a large multi-branded company.

The Client

The Role

The role of the ideal candidates will have experience in writing rotas, performing regular stock takes, have had experience with external/internal audits, knowledge of G.P control and financial performance. For higher level positions, the ideal candidate with a flair and passion in menu and product development to drive sales and customer experience.
