We are looking for a talented and motivated Kitchen Assistant to join our exciting team at Beerd in Bristol. Inspired by the craft beers bars in the US, visitors to Beerd are greeted by an ever changing beer list. Food on offered is the superbly created freshly-made and hand-crafted Neopolitan style pizzas. For a quick nibble, premium bar snacks match the global beer on offer, including bar dough, crispy pig skins and cured meat platters.

This is an integral role that will work closely with the Front of House team to develop and offer the very best pizzas and bar snacks in Bristol. Previous experience within a busy kitchen environment would be beneficial, however the concept for Beerd is unique and with this in mind, it will be your personality that will be the overriding factor. There will also be opportunities to develop your Front of House knowledge by working and developing in this area.

It’s not just the pub environment that we care about; we’re passionate about looking after the wider environment too. In our pubs, we keep food miles to a minimum by sourcing all of our food (with the exception of fresh fish) from within a 40 mile radius.

Bath Ales is a developing company and you will have the opportunity receive promotion within the group in due course. Our aim is to create our new team leaders and managers from the ground up!
