Must have previous experience in working in a Cafe
Must be confident
Speak good english
Well kept, shaven, clean cut, clothes ironed and washed
Reliable
Hard work
Knowledgable of Edinburgh
Strives to do better
Quick learner
Good customer service

We are looking for all the above - Must be hard working, capable of both working with food, making coffee and cleaning the floors at the end of the work day.
