We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented junior web designer to join our team in Bristol. Applicants should possess a strong eye for design and ideally will have previous experience of building websites. You will be working within a creative team developing an ecommerce package for a range of clients around the UK and Europe. Within this environment you will be encouraged to learn quickly through direct involvement on client work, internal training and access to industry conferences. We provide a relaxed working environment, competitive pay, incentive schemes and regular social events.

The successful applicant will possess the following:
+ Enthusiasm for the web design industry
+ A keen attention to detail and a passion for learning
+ Strong visual design skills using tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator
+ Good communication and people skills

It will help if you also have knowledge in:
+ Hand-coded HTML/CSS
+ JavaScript
+ Accessibility and Web Standards
+ Mac OS X
