Junior sous required for high volume Shawlands Bar/Restaurant.
From day one you will be expected to thrive in a fast paced, high volume environment, assisting the Head chef and Sous with the management of the Kitchen. Cooking to a high standard is a basic requirement here. You must be passionate about food, cooking with the freshest of ingredients and able to present them to a high standard.
