A busy City Cente Piattini restaurant is looking for a Junior Sous chef to join our team.

The relevant candidate will have good kitchen standards and should be able to lead a team of chefs in a busy environment. The candidate will be working closely with the head and sous chef and should be able to come up with new ideas for developing the menu. A high level of hygiene standards are expected and the candidate should be able to maintain the high standards currently set in the restaurant.
