A great opportunity for an Office Assistant/ Front of House to join a Property Investment company has arisen within the Central London area. The client is looking for candidates who have had previous experience working within a fast paced environment working in a similar role.
Candidates applying must be able to use all Microsoft Packages.
Some of the duties include:
- Answering calls
- Being the main point of contact for visitors (offering refreshments ect)
- Ordering office supplies/ stationery
- Arranging meetings on behalf of the CFO
- Compiling reports using Excel
- Assisting with ad hoc duties required by the team
