We are currently recruiting for experienced sales agents to work as part of an appointment setting team. The company specializes in providing bespoke pre-paid insurance packages. You be joining a small team that will be rapidly expanding over the next year so we need the best of the best!
As the company is looking to expand rapidly this is an excellent opportunity to start a career with an entrepreneurial company that you can progress within.
You will be working as part of an appointment setting team contacting individuals who have previously registered an interest and completed a survey for the company. You will be calling to give them further information about the company and to set an appointment for them to meet with a field sales agent.
You will be working in a professional, target driven environment where you will be rewarded for your success!
EXCELLENT COMMISSION STRUCTURE!! If you are performing well and hitting your targets you should be earning £700 - £1000 per month in commission. However the commission structure in uncapped so the sky’s the limit!
The ideal candidate will possess:
At least 6 months previous sales/appointment setting experience
A Professional phone manor along with excellent interpersonal skills
A proven track record of working under pressure and exceeding targets
A mature approach to sales
The ambition to develop your career within the company
Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 – 18:00 or 10:00 – 19:00 on rotating basis.
Pay: £7 per hour plus commission!
You will paid weekly and if you perform well you will be offered a permanent contract after 12 weeks.
