Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Officer
Full time position for maternity leave starting Jul/Aug 2012

Maurice Flynn & Sons Ltd are a Construction company based in Belfast and are currently advertising for the above post.

The successful candidate will be required to fulfil the following duties and responsibilities:
- to ensure all company HSEQ policies are implemented and maintained on site
- carry out site inspections and internal ISO audits
- have knowledge of construction activities i.e. scaffold, work at heights, fire prevention, COSHH, excavations, permit-to-work, plant and equipment
- induction training, internal training
- investigate all incidents and follow RIDDOR
- to maintain the companys incident data and statistics
- complete CPHSP, method statements and risk assessments
- to assist the company in continually improving their ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 and Safe-T-Cert accreditations
- organise training for plant operatives, CSR, First aid, etc.

Applicants must hold a NEBOSH General Certificate as a minimum and have at least 3 years experience within a construction environment. The successful candidate will be required to complete and pass a security questionnaire.
