Opening available for IT Support Specialist. Must have 5 GCSEs grade C or above and A Level or equivalent in Computing, Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant subject area. Bachelor Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject area preferred. Previous experience in an IT support role or similar in an appropri ate environment is essential. Duties will be to maintain servers, workstations, peripherals, network and records at the company's customer site. You will have to demonstrate your initiative by being proactive in the development of IT infrastructure and providing cost effective advice. Good customer service skills important.
