We are looking for vibrant, ambitious people with a strong desire to work within the IT industry aged 16-18 (limited spaces are available for 19-24).

Igloo Books are searching for an enthusiastic individual interested in a career in IT. The role will include development application of E-Books/Website, IT Support, Porgramming, Merging Servers, Setting up Computers and general IT office duties. The ideal candidate will require own transportation due to rural location.

The apprenticeship is provided by NITP located at Bedford College, in conjunction with Igloo Books. NiTP is a forward thinking and employer focused training provider that gives Apprentice’s the best possible qualifications to enter high value employment in the IT Sector.

NiTP Academies deliver an intensive and high quality Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship for IT, Web, Software and Telecoms Professionals.

It consists of high value industry placements with Igloo Books, alongside a high quality training programme. This programme offers the most up to date industry recognised qualifications:
• CompTIA A+
• Microsoft Certified Technology Associate (MCTA)
• Diploma in ICT Professional Competence
• Certificate in ICT systems and Principles

You will be paid around £91 per week working a minimum of 30 hours per week. The apprenticeship is 12 months long.
