I.T Helpdesk Support Technician.
Relevant experience working on a busy IT helpdesk dealing with 2nd and 3rd line level issues is essential. Written and oral communication skills are expected to be perfect as communication is massively important for us. An excellent skill for troubleshooting and dealing with both workstation and Server end problems. Windows 7, Server 2003, 2008 and 2011, Exchange 2003, 2007 and 2010, Blackberry enterprise, Routing and Networking, Cisco, Draytek equipment. Role: Communication and client liaising,
Client dispute management, assisting with the day to day support calls 2nd and 3rd line.
You must have a valid work visa for the UK, and a full driving license
skills and knowledge of the following are a requirement:
• Active Directory
• IIS
• Exchange Server
• Remote Desktop Services (RDS)
• Group Policy
• Good networking fundamentals
