Origin is a specialist provider of live in care for individuals who've been unlucky enough to sustain a severe spinal injury. Through our Personal Assistants (PA's) they are able to lead an active life; to pursue their career, study or other interests.

We are now recruiting for our October training course from the 15th October to the 19th October and we will be interviewing in London on the 4th and 5th of October.

It's a role that is demanding and challenging but ultimately extremely rewarding. As our own Managing Director has a spinal injury we know what is involved and we try hard to support our PA's, as we're not trying to be the biggest care company, just the best at providing spinal care.

Successful candidates will benefit from free training, £504 per 7 days worked and refunded travel expenses. Typically PA's work a shift pattern of 14 days on and then 7 days off. There is also promotional prospects and better rates of pay available through our PA Performance Reward Scheme.
