Our Customer Service and admin team is an exciting, challenging and friendly place to be. Our Customers are extremely important to us and therefore we strive to provide an excellent level of customer service, along with first call resolution to ensure each customer has a positive and pleasant experience each and every time they call. As a customer service advisor and administrator you will receive a variety of calls from our existing customers. This is a busy call centre with an admin department currently holding 15 staff.This could be anything from changing details, sending out duplicate documents, case handling, payment chasing.Pack chasing.
The role will also include;
General Administration duties, i.e filing, case assesor management,
Customer services, obtaining additional information from existing clients.
Managing enquiries via phone and email - calling banks and clients
From time to time there may be customers who may not be completely satisfied with the experience they have received, and therefore you may need to deal with a customer's complaint.
The ideal candidate must have:
fun and outgoing personality
Great organisational skills
Have an eye for detail and accuracy
Ability to deal with a varied role
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Provide excellent customer service customers
Work on a number of computer systems effectively
Think outside the box
What hours will I work?
In customer service and admin you will work:
Monday - Thursday 11am until 6.30pm and Fridays between 10am-5pm.
For the right individual this will lead to a permanent position,
Minimum 3-6 month placement - succesful candidates may start immedietely
Their is alot of experience to be gained in this opportunity
