An internship is a unique opportunity for a candidate who wishes to gain experience at a law set in the City. Candidates will gain practical knowledge of civil litigation in addition to improving their skills in legal drafting, advocacy, research and persuasion.

In general candidates’ learning objectives will include:

- clients conferences,
- the drafting of correspondence,
- the drafting of legal documents including particulars of claims, the preparation of applications, trial bundles,
- note taking,

There will also be opportunities to attend court with counsel to observe the court process and advocacy.
