Internal Recruiter – Award Winning Consultancy. Bristol
£20-25k ote £25-30k
There is an immediate requirement with one of Bristol’s leading recruitment firms. With a fantastic reputation in their sector, this is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter looking to move their career in a different direction.
A solid background in any white collar recruitment sector will be considered, providing you have a demonstrable record of success. Your role will be to attract, recruit, train, and retain new additions to the team from trainees to senior management. You should be persuasive, intuitive, inspirational and driven to bring the highest calibre people into this already successful organisation.
You will perform all first stage meetings with applicants and assess their fit for the role on offer as well as telling them about why they should join the business. You will be expected to liaise with leading r2r’s (like Oliver George Consulting!), as well as headhunting and networking around the recruitment sector in general.
You will be rewarded with a salary in the £20-25k region (on experience), with ote adding another £5k+ on top. The role will suit someone who enjoys the recruitment sector and environment but sees their skills better suited to assisting the internal growth of your business.
