Interim Duty Manager East London £18,000 pro rata

You will be part of a new management team that will be working together to dive forward both the operational and service standards of these great community facilities.

We are looking for an experienced duty manager that can be instrumental in the day to day running of a multi purpose leisure centre.

The job will involve shift work including evenings and weekends.

It is essential that you have the ability to manage people and deal with daily operational issues such as staff supervision, customer service, health and safety, managing the booking systems and opening/closing procedures.
The successful candidate will have the ability to lead, enthuse, supervise and motivate the work of others with a flexible approach to working shifts and a proactive approach towards customer service.
Preference will be given to candidates with valis leisure qualifications such as NPLQ, PPO and First Aid.
