TITLE: Sales Consultant / Trainee Independent Financial Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker
LOCATION: Guildford, Surrey
SALARY: £12-18k basic (d.o.e.) plus commission, OTE £40k+(uncapped) Employed and Self Employed contracts available

This is a fantastic opportuinity for an ambitious individual to be trained as a Mortgage Broker providing them with huge earning potential once qualified.

The role will initially be a sales role finding new opportunities for the existing advisor whilst developing relationships with professional introducers; accountants, estate agents, IFA's and letting agents.

You will also be responsibile for advising clients on financial protection & insurance sales with leads provided.

The 'must-haves' as an Insurance Sales Consultant / Trainee Mortgage Broker :
- A previous successful track record in sales or telesales
- Enthusiasm and self-motivation
- Excellent communication skills
- A hunger to perform and develop both yourself and the business
- A financial advice background is advantageous but not essential

Your main responsibilities as a Sales Consultant / Trainee Mortgage Broker:
- Arranging appointments
- Building relationships with professional introducers; accountants & estate agents etc.
- Working towards being a fully qualified Independent Financial Advisor
- Providing financial protection and insurance advice to clients.

As a Sales Consultant / Trainee Mortgage Adviser you will benefit from one to one mentoring, practical experience and an opportunity to earn uncapped earnings from day one. You will be joining a company looking to grow with you becomming and integral part of the team.

This role will be suited to somebody currently working as a successful insurance consultant on either an advised or non-advised basis and is looking to progress to become an independent mortgage broker / independent financial adviser.

Good teleslaes skills are required and experience within the mortgage industry would be an advantage, but is not essential.
