Insurance Customer Service Advisors - INBOUND
Immediate interviews and Start dates available
Full Time 40 hrs p/w: Permanent: Manchester City Centre
Salary: £14,000 plus bonus.

You will be handling incoming calls from the public looking to resolve any general insurance customer service issues they may be dealing with a claim, your role will be to understand the query and try and establish a first call resolution whilst promoting the excellent services we have to offer.
The Service Professional must have the ability to deal with customers on all levels, have excellent questioning and listening skills, this role will involve resolving customer queries highlighting suitable products and providing an excellent level of customer service satisfaction.
Excellent telephone manner
Good Questioning techniques
Good communicator - Questioning and Listening
Works well in a team
Interest in the mobile phone market.
Computer skills, basic Windows Office knowledge.
