The applicant needs
A sales background with the desire to learn new skills, or
Recent industry experience. The simplified sales processes allow for the many financial advisers who experience difficulty within the new legislative arena.
To have or be close to passing their CF1 or RO1 financial qualifications (we do assist greatly in the completion of these professional qualifications).
To be able to pass the qualities needed for us to gain your full FSA authorisation.
We have a number of packages bespoke to the individual’s history and encourage the forward thinking individuals with greatly enhanced packages.
