Vacancy available for highly motivated and inspiring nursery manager to join a successful nursery team in Erskine. Coupled with the love of childcare, applicants must have strong leadership qualities and influencing skills. Applicants should be enthusiastic, outgoing and have a desire for managing a long established nursery team, with a focus on sustaining high quality childcare with innovative ideas that will drive the nursery to the next level.

Enchanted Forest Nurseries was founded in 2006 and now has high quality nurseries in Erskine, Thornliebank, Greenock and Inverkip. We pride ourselves in everything we do. Enchanted Forest Nursery Erskine cares for 63 children.

Essential:
*HNC in Childcare or Equivelant
*Passion for working with children and their families
*Experience of involving service-users in continuous improvement
*Experience in a promoted post
*Experience working with Care Inspectorate and partner agencies
*Experience in managing a team
*Budget and income control
*Attention to detail
*Must meet safer recruitment checks

Desirable:
*BA Degree
*Experience in managing occupancies

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Hours: Mon-Fri, 40 hours.
