Database Management - Experienced in excel, access and Sage Act. Need updating or converting from Excel to a manageable system? Free help and advice offered.

Office Administration - All associated supplier and customer administration dealt with promptly & efficiently including database management.

Marketing - Preparation of marketing plan targeted towards your particular industry. Direct marketing to prospects, including all associated administration. Mail shots, Telemarketing and advert placements.

Design & print of marketing materials, business stationery, basic website design.

Reception Duties – Available to undertake reception duties. Liaise with clients in a professional and personable manner.

Simply by having correspondence answered and a voice at the end of the phone can make a big difference to your customers. So many lost opportunities are a result of not receiving an instant response to an enquiry.

I am very presentable, friendly and easy going. I am registered self-employed so no need for any addition to the payroll !
