Inbound Call Centre

About the Job

Duties will include -
- Receiving inbound calls from customers dealing with general queries, you will be expected to find information and relay this back to the customer in a fast and efficient manner.
- Dealing with customer enquiries via email and over the telephone.
- Updating customer details on internal databases.
- Dealing with all associated administration.

Candidates Must -
- Have minimum 2 years inbound telephone/reception experience.
- Have excellent communication and listening skills.
- Be computer literate (searching directories and Google)
- Speaking one of the following languages Cantonese, Mandarin or Russian is of benefit but not essential.

Hours – Monday – Friday between 8:30am and 7pm (37.5 hour week, Salary - £15k per annum plus monthly bonus).
