Fast growing immigration law firm currently seeking to recruit an Immigration Caseworker OISC Level 1/2/3 with the following credentials:-

- *MUST* have extensive experience (at least 2 years) in the field of UK Immigration. PBS applications, Tier 2 Sponsor Licence Applications , Settlement applications
- Clean CRB (Criminal Records Bureau)
- IT literate and be able to use Microsoft packages.

- Desirable but not mandatory - Knowledge of Immigration appeal and Asylum matters

Candidates expected to:-

Deliver the highest level of service to all clients
- Deal with all types of visa categories.
- Advising, assessing and collecting documents relevant to the migration process.
Submitting successful applications to the Home Office or other UK authorities.
- Have excellent case file management
- Have good organisational skills and be able to produce the highest quality work consistently
- Remain efficient and productive under pressure
- Be able to work to deadlines
- Have excellent written and oral communication
- Strong customer services skills
- Keeping updated with the latest Government legislation changes relevant to specific visa categories and also ensure that your skills/knowledge is up to date. You are expected to do training on your own and be well informed of latest changes to the immigration law, guidance, policies to name a few.
