II. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports to: Group HR & Support and CEO
Close relation with: RM Sales, Finance Manager and Asst. Admin

III. GENERAL JOB OBJECTIVE:
To ensure modern and best HR practices through introducing the finest team, proper system and policies, fair practices which facilitate performance oriented culture and ultimately leads to Organizational Branding.

IV. KEY RESULT AREAS/PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

EMPLOYEE INDUCTION, CO-ORDINATION AND TEAM MANAGEMENT
• Pre hiring and post hiring arrangements
• Interview plans and calls
• Manage all necessary arrangements before hiring; offers, visas, pre hiring trainings, documents etc
• To prepare and maintain personal files
• To facilitate the new employees through out in their induction process.
• Team Management- Delegation of work ,Training, Appraisal, Delivery of work
• Total manpower planning to avoid more or less staffing
• To ensure that all reports related to HR be properly prepared and managed

• To maintain office decorum and upkeep of the HO
• To ensure all support
• To comply International standards of health and hygiene
• To handle legal H R matters

RECORD MANAGEMENT
• To ensure the following records are maintained as per given direction and standards
a. Daily attendance
b. Monthly reports
c. Annual Leave record
d. No of days
e. Monthly activity report
f. Asset Report
g. Employee strength report
h. Stationary report
Comparative analysis of competitor’s salary, etc.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
• Designing and implementing KPI’s
• Counseling of Employees
• Succession Planning
• Appraisal based increments
